HOW DO I ORDER?
It’s easy! Use the “Add to your bundle” button to select the items you are interested in. Once your order reaches the £200 minimum, you can straight go to the checkout. Input your details, pay, done ✅
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP ON THE WEBSITE?
You don’t need an account to place an order, however we would recommend making one. You will be able to see all your previous bundles, as well as save your shipping and payment details. This will make your next purchase easier and faster 💘
WHY DO I NEED TO SPEND MINIMUM £200?
As a wholesale business, we sell our product through bulk orders. To buy individual pieces, please visit our depop shop: @plis
I FINISHED BROWSING, BUT MY ORDER IS BELOW £200. WHAT DO I DO?

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the parcel. We’ve created a shipping guide to help you estimate your shipping cost.
HOW MUCH AM I GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES?
If you live outside the EU (including the UK), you may be charged with taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, State Sale Tax) and customs fees at the delivery. If you’re unfamiliar with these, we suggest using the Import Duty & Tax Calculator or similar tools to check what you can expect to be charged at delivery. Our HS Code is 63090000.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE COUNTRY I’M BASED IN?
Please see the list of the countries we deliver to here. If your country is not on the list, please DM us and we’ll figure it out!
WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?
We do our best to dispatch your parcel within 1-3 working days. However, during a busy period this may take up to 5 working days. When ordering your 'Mystery Box', please allow 7-12 working days for dispatch.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING DETAILS?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the tracking details. You will also be able to view them in your customer account panel.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
After we dispatch it, a parcel will usually take 3-8 working days to arrive. However, this may happen to take longer due to the outside factors, such us Bank Holidays, missing address details or customs procedures. We would appreciate your patience in such cases 🙌🏻
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, please contact us via email pliswholesale@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns need to be sent back within 28 days from delivery, and all items must be in the original condition & packaging. The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer (you).

We believe that parcels going back and forth across the world doesn’t fit in with the idea of sustainability, so we would always encourage all of our customers to carefully consider what you are purchasing or returning. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
After we receive your parcel back and check the condition, we will issue a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. In the case that a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, any additional shipping costs will be deduced from your refund amount.
