We believe that parcels going back and forth across the world doesnā€™t fit in with the idea of sustainability, so we would always encourage all of our customers to carefully consider what you are purchasing or returning. If youā€™re unsure, feel free to contact us and weā€™ll do our best to find an alternative, eco-friendly solutionĀ šŸŒ


VINTAGE ITEMS
Please make sure you read the product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, contact us before purchasing. Please take into account that all of our items are happily pre-loved, therefore some minor defects (e.g., tiny stains or loose threads)Ā mayĀ occur. However, we sellĀ vintage Grade A/B+, meaning our items are in excellent or very good condition.

THE EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY ā€œCOOLING-OFF PERIODā€
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel (before it is dispatched) or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

RETURNING AN ORDER
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, please contact us directly via our email pliswholesale@gmail.comĀ within 14 days from receiving your parcel. You will need to include your order number. We will only accept returns requested by email.

If your return request is approved, weā€™ll send you an email with the instructions on how and where to send your package.Ā Parcels sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted neither refunded.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be sent in the original condition and packaging. All returns must be sent backĀ within 28 days from receiving the original order.

The return shipping costs must beĀ covered by you (the buyer). Please ensure the safe transit of your return by using a tracked shipping service.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, youā€™ll be automatically refunded on your original method of payment withinĀ 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items from the ā€˜SALEā€™ section.Ā 
  • We cannot issue refunds for any missing orders, if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as ā€˜deliveredā€™.
  • We will not able to issue refunds for parcels lost or damaged as a result of providing an incorrect return address or not securing the package correctly.Ā 
  • If, for any reason, you return items that were not included in your original order, these will not be reflected in your refund amount.Ā

PARTIAL REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds.



EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in items other than purchased, they will need to be purchased through a new order.

All our refunds cover the cost of the items only, not the original postage.
