SHIPPING POLICY

 

HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Once you have confirmed your order, it will not be possible to make any changes or cancellations through our website. Please remember to review your order details and shipping method before finalising it. We currently only accept payments in British Pound (£, GBP).

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong-Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

If your country is not on the list, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with a delivery quote.

We use fully tracked courier services such as DPD, UPS, DHL and FedEx. Please make sure to provide a valid email address and contact number at checkout, as a courier may contact you about your delivery. We cannot ship any orders without a provided contact number and email.

To reduce shipping costs, your order may be delivered in separate packages (e.g., 100kg = 5 parcels), instead of a single large box. This is particularly applicable to larger/heavier orders. You will receive a notification on the total number of parcels you can expect for your order.

With the above in mind, please be aware that when you notice a shipping option named “UP TO 30KG” at checkout, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive 30KG of stock. The shipping costs are calculated based on both the total weight of the parcel and its dimensions.

 

TIMESCALES
We usually process all of our orders within 3-5 working days, however this may take longer during particularly busy periods. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

For EU countries & the UK shipping usually takes up to 5 working days. For other countries shipping usually takes around 6-8 business days. The processing of Customs might affect the delivery times for some international orders. Please be aware that the above timescales are an estimation. pliswholesale has no control over Customs processing times or unforeseen delays.

 

FAILED DELIVERY
If your order is returned to us for any reason (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused, customs fee refusal or unclaimed package) any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that we will only issue a refund once the parcel is returned to us. If you still wish to receive the returned goods, you will need to cover the cost of the re-shipment. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

We suggest checking the status of your order, by using the tracking number provided. We strongly recommend doing this 1-2 days before your order is due to arrive. If you have any concerns relating to a package being potentially misplaced, we would also advise you to contact your local courier and give them any necessary additional instructions.

 

EU CUSTOMS
If you are ordering to the European Union, all delivery-related taxes are covered by us. You should not be charged any additional fees at the point of delivery.

 

NON-EU CUSTOMS
When your order reaches its destination country, it may be subject to Import Duty and Tax. These charges are to be paid by you. We are not responsible for any Customs fees incurred on international orders.

As these fees are government-mandated and vary between countries, we are unable to predict their exact amount. To get an estimate of the potential charges at the time of delivery, we recommend using the Import Duty & Tax Calculator or similar tools. Our HS Code is 63090000.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUR NON-EU CUSTOMERS
All of our packages are covered by basic insurance offered by shipping providers. This allows for customers to receive a refund up to a certain amount, in cases of gross negligence or fault on the end of the courier.

If you want to ensure you are eligible for a full refund in circumstances such as package theft, we recommend choosing the “shipping + insurance” option. You can also choose the “shipping + insurance + signature“ option to ensure the highest security for your parcel.
